We integrate art therapy into our comprehensive treatment plans to allow you to experience the benefits of creative freedom and discover new ways of healing.
This ongoing group uses cognitive behavioral techniques to help you explore, manage, and transform anger. This course will help clients learn to identify triggers, cues and strategies that will allow the individual to create a tool box of skills for managing emotions.
GRIEF AND LOSS
The loss of a loved one is often a devastating experience that can affect anyone. While grief is a natural part of life, some people find themselves unable to move on from loss and need professional support to heal. Whether the result of death, divorce, or break up from a relationship, this group therapy can help you process and recover from loss and move towards a healthier, happier life.
In this group therapy, you will be challenged and supported by peers who are also going through addiction rehabilitation. This is a key part of your recovery program.
